After 10 years leading ROJO Architecture with partners, Jonathan Moore, AIA has sold his interests to create InVision Advisors, an Owner’s Representative, Development Consulting, and Project Management firm. The group assists owners through the process of expanding, renovating or building new construction. A special focuses of the group include local non-profit expansion, renovation and new construction.

Moore launched InVision to pursue his passion of leading development and to give back to the community. “Rotary and other non-profits have been very important to me throughout my career, building relationships and providing me the opportunity to positively effect people and my community. With this shift, we will lead groups to properly plan and execute expansion and new development.”

With that, InVision Advisors commits to giving back to local non-profits, offering initial meetings at no cost to help set goals and plan properly. InVision also has an annual goal of providing at least 10% of their services at low-to-no-cost for religious and non-profit organizations in need. Moore is starting close to home, helping his parish, St. Lawrence Catholic Church, with a new playground and a small new building.

You can always find Jonathan at his local Rotary meetings, where he is currently the Secretary of the club and the chair of membership. Tampa Rotary, or “the Downtown Club”, is the area’s oldest and largest Rotary club. Moore continues, “Giving begets giving, you get back what you put in. Taking time to contribute is a sure-fire way to succeed in business.”

An Owner’s Representative assists the owner in an expansion / development process, bringing relative design, construction and development experience into the ownership team. Owner’s Reps assist with the selection of architects, developing schedules, leading meetings, providing third party reviews as well as being the “owner’s tuned eyes” during the entire process.  InVision Advisors has been designed to provide services varying from small, task-oriented assignments to total development project management.

Moore has been a part of the Tampa community for 25 years, attending Chamberlain High School and graduating from the University of Florida. He received his Masters of Architecture at SCI-Arc, where he worked under famed architect Eric Owen Moss. He is an award winning architect, involved with such high profile projects as the Kiran Patel Estate, MOSI, Lake Magdalene United Methodist Church, the Portland Apartments, HARC’s Center for Life Development, St. Joeseph’s Hospital North Outpatient Center, and St. Andrews Episcopal Church Preservation and Children’s Chapel.

InVision Advisors provides architecture, construction, financing, scheduling and logistics services with over $2 billion of construction experience amongst the team. The group is currently involved with several local non-profit organizations, a downtown Tampa development, a custom residence, a medical group expansion and an iPhone app for children.
